I was very impressed with the quality of the room. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit run down and brings down this inn’s rating. I would definitely stay there again.

It's comfortable staying here I wish I could work here and live here. The people that work here are very nice. I think the only thing that might be missing is a dinning room with food.

This place is undergoing serious renovations, but our room was clean and modern. There are very limited amenities at this point but we weren't there to vacation. It was a perfect place to stop off I95 for the night.

wonderful stay and great value

We arrived later in the evening and the owner was still up and helped me register and get the key. We had to schlep upstairs which was a little difficult for my mother-in-law but I carried everything up. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable beds, nice TV, microwave and Fridge. The shower/bathtub were very clean and refreshing. And with the blackout curtains we overslept! The owner was even nice enough to loan me a wine/bottle opener. I would recommend highly. Paid $86 including tax. Great value for the money. They also had a convenience store right next to it with Free Air. Great snacks tool Thanks Atkinson Inn and Suites!

I don't know how this property got the score they have. There is not enough time for me to talk about how horrible this location is. Stained sheets, stinking smells, out dated furniture, cracked up bathroom floor,, smoke detector open with no batteries, no iron, paper thin walls, chipped out dated tables, light coming through the entire left side of the closed door......... This is the worst property I have stayed at in my entire life, The only good thing was nice staff and I was able to check-in early, only reason why I didn't give a big fuss is because I didn't have time. I had to get to my event and didn't get back to room until late. I had to be back up super early to go to another event, which would have given me 7 hours to find another room and get some sleep. They also have a no refund policy which should have been a red flag for me.

Only good thing was the bed. Room is outdated with stained furniture. Tv didn’t work and had to be reset. Shower didn’t work right. Don’t know if they were doing renovations but certainly was a lot of noise throughout night making it extremely hard to get a good nights rest after traveling all day. We complained at 1:00 am and they wanted to move us to another room. We refused. Area is questionable also. Do not recommend.

Very shabby, every supposedly non-smoking room reeked of stale smoke, very suspicious and sketchy people in the parking lot, bed linens did not look or feel clean, giant spider in the bathroom. Just terrible all-around experience. The online reviews of this place that I read beforehand must be fake.
