“We used the shuttle to and from the airport - very nice. Takes some time as they also stop at a long term parking lot, so give yourself some time. Nice drivers. Tried to check in early and learned there is an additional fee to check in before 2pm. No elevator for the second floor rooms. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower and large bottles of hand soap and lotion, which we liked. We left too early to try the breakfast.”

“Very cool location, easy walk to conference center but also near Roosevelt street with excellent restaurants. Gym and pool is fantastic as well as game rooms on 8th floor!”

“Great rooms and staff was very nice. Location was okay but perfect distance from the airport.”

“Upon arrival to our room, it was NOT CLEANED! Just as if the previous occupant left it completely dirty and no one ever came to clean the room. Bed not made, dirty towels, etc. It was remedied but quite inconvenient as we had to catch an early flight the next morning.”

“Very good place to stay! Clean, lots of good features. Did not like there is no tv show guide, only channel choices.”

“The room looked like it was newly remodeled and was fairly clean. The floor was a little sticky in places but the staff so was nice and accommodating with anything we needed. Definitely will be visiting again.”
