Staff were very inviting greeted right as I walked in the front door. Was given specific instructions on how to get to my room and breakfast time. Checking in and out process was very smooth and easy. Hotel was very clean. Room was exactly what we wanted and was very clean as well. My only complaint with the room is the lack of an in room safe. Overall very pleased with this hotel would highly recommend.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. They made you feel welcome. The rooms were outstanding, big with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and a stove. We could have actually cooked our meals there. The breakfast was outstanding. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Phoenix.
