Mooie locatie en mooie studio. Hangen her en der wel wat stofdraden. Verder ziet het er netjes uit. Helaas was deze nog niet schoon toen wij om 17:30 uur aankwamen. Terwijl de incheck vanaf 15:00 uur is. Dat was erg jammer. Verder wel heel vriendelijk personeel.

Prima plek om te overnachten. Dicht bij OLV plein en rest van centrum. Lekker zwembad in hotel. Studio ziet er qua stijl heel mooi uit maar begint wel hier en daar sporen te vertonen van gebruik die aangepakt moeten worden. Geparkeerd bij Interparking Plein 1922. Scheelt de helft met Q-park en is maar 5 minuten van hotel verwijderd.

Awesome apartment
We stayed in a beautiful apartment in the hostoric city centre. The apartment is beautiful and large. Because restaurants are closed at the moment, it was also really useful to have a well equipped kitchen and a fridge. I would happily stay here again!

enden Hotel Maastricht, the place to be!
Reception was great. Employee was very friendly, cooperative and knowledgeable about the area (e.g. where to park economically, places to visti etc.). Location of the hotel is great with ample places to eat/drink and visit.

Accommodatie ligt op fantastische locatie op oude stadswal met mooi uitzicht over de Maas. Helaas was de matras van tweepersoonsbed doorgezakt. Ook waren er alleen kleine kopjes aanwezig (enkele theeglazen zouden welkom zijn). Jammer dat je al voor 11:00 moet uitchecken.

Prima ligging in het centrum, alles op loopafstand. Nette kamers. Helaas een kapotte WC-bril en geen water in de douche 's ochtends als iedereen waarschijnlijk aan het douchen is in het hotel.

Prachtige studios
Wij hadden een studio geboekt bij hotel Zenden. Deze lagen in een nabijgelegen straat direct aan O.L.Vrouwplein. De studio was zeer netjes, alles nieuw. Mooie badkamer en zeer comfortabele bedden. Moesten inchecken in hotel zelf en dat zag er ook modern uit. Zeer vriendelijk onthaal van de receptioniste. Kortom, een superverblijf gehad en volgend jaar terug!!!

The property actually was pretty fine as it had a lot of facilities. We were able to use a coffee machine, refrigerator, sink, cooker and a toaster. The bathroom gave us the opportunity to use a shower with tho different settings but we unfortunately didn’t want to use it as it wasn’t really clean... The balcony bordering to the bathroom was cozy and had two chairs but they probably didn’t clean it - we found an old bottle of Coke. Nevertheless the view was amazing - a lot of old houses around you and on the right side the church “Basilica of Our Lady”. Concerning the bed, I have to admit that it was REALLY comfortable although we found hairs and dust on the bedsheets and the carpet... the view out of the windows was stunning!! We could see the two “most famous” bridges and the Maas and actually half of the city. The TV hidden in the mirror had some German programs which was cool, just that it was hard to see anything except when making the room dark. The sofa in front of it was thus very comfortable.

Minimalist in Maastricht
We had a good 3 night stay at the Zenden. Firstly, staff were great. Printed train tickets out for us which was a massive help, always on hand to help. Room was clean, very minimal, with a low ceiling (ouch, banged my head once or twice!) No coffee/tea maker in the room. There is an amazing pool which guests can access, although lots of local children use it in the afternoons. Location is super convenient for most of what Maastricht has to offer. Would recommend.

Goede locatie, niet schoon
Ontvangen door een onvriendelijke receptioniste die niet eens wist welke sleutel bij welke deur hoorde... Bij binnenkomst van de grote, lichte studio zagen we al snel dat er overal haren en stof lagen en er hingen veel spinnenwebben, heel vies. Deze kamer heeft een grondige schoonmaakbeurt nodig. Na de eerste nacht hadden we verwacht dat er schone handdoeken zouden liggen, dat was niet het geval want die moesten we zelf ophalen bij de receptie. Als de koffiecups op waren, kon je nieuwe KOPEN bij de receptie, belachelijk. De prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding is ver te zoeken bij dit hotel. De locatie daarentegen was erg goed.

Loved the “satellite” studio we had which was a few doors away from the main building in an old house on a quiet street in the centre of old Maastricht. The studio was clean and bright with the whole back wall being of glass doors that opened onto a lovely little private courtyard garden.

Thin walls and breakfast not worth it but friendly
The hotel was really nice but unfortunately the walls are quite thin. I heard the people next door watch TV until 11PM and the people chatting downstairs in the 'lobby' can be heard very loudly in Room 4 (the closest to the stairs going down) as well. That's not ideal when you have to work early the next day. The breakfast is not really worth the money charged either. There is hardly any selection of foods (and no healthy choices despite it being a gym-hotel), which is understandable as there are only a few (under 10 I believe) rooms, BUT it shouldn't cost as much as it does. The best thing was still the room and the bed. Once the next-doors shut up and the lobby people went home it was quiet and I slept very well indeed.

Correct designhotel in de binnenstad
Bijzonder fris hotel in de binnenstad, buiten carnaval vrij rustig vermoed ik, dan kun je ook het kleine terras gebruiken. Grote kamer onder het dak hadden wij. Geen parkeerplaats, geen koffiezetapparaat, fatsoenlijk zwembad in de kelder. Let op de in- en uitchecktijden.

Het hotel bevindt zich vlakbij het historisch centrum en bij een parkeergarage. Aanrader voor een bezoek aan Maastricht! Wij gaan er zeker nog eens terug!

Leuk hotel in het centrum van Maastricht. Modern ingerichte kamers, echter hadden wij nu een kamer waarbij er drie lange stijle trappen moesten worden beklommen. Geen pretje met een zware koffer. Daarbij kwamen we erachter dat de kamer niet werd schoongemaakt na 1 dag. Dit stond alleen in de brochure die op de kamer lag. Het staat verder nergens vermeld. Ontbijt prima.

Prachtige kamers, heerlijk modern design in een mooi oud pand. In het centrum van Maastricht . Heerlijk geslapen op heel goed bed. Prettige ontvangst.Op loopafstand (5min) parkeergarage en terrassen.

Hoteleinrichtung mangelhaft: kein Schrank und nur zwei Schubladen. Generell nur das günstigste in der Ausstattung. Kein Handtuchhalter. Zimmer war nicht geputzt: Staub auf dem Boden und Spiegel voller Flecken. Die Türen lassen den Schall vollständig durch. Man hat das Gefühl die Leute auf dem Flur befinden sich im Zimmer. Wir hatten das oberste Zimmer. Die Treppen sind sehr stelle und scharfkantig. Das einzig gute war die Lange.

Is this a sports centre or a hotel???
This is a difficult one to review. Great location and a good hotel....but it is used as a sports centre for the locals and is very odd to walk in and be meet by waiting parents for their children to finish a class! Our friends also complained of noise levels - but we were fine.... The white décor probably looked amazing when new - but it is difficult to keep this fresh looking and crisp. Check in was acceptable. I think that there are better options but I still would recommend this hotel - it is unique.
