“Very interesting situation. We never actually stayed at this specific property. Upon our arrival, a note was posted on the front door, instructing us to go across the street to a neighboring hotel. We ended up staying at the Dom Pedro Hotel Madeira. It is a very nice property, lots of open space, b-fast included, and overlooks the ocean. Parking was limited. “Good value for money, and friendly, helpful staff. Exceeded expectations.”

“Room was wayyyyy too hot (30+ degrees inside) and no way to really cool. Outside was loud and the walls did not block noise at all. The hotel did not offer anything like earplugs or something. Breakfast was of low quality. Only good point is the relative late check out of 12;00.”
