"The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only critique is that the hotel is very old and needs some attention. We stayed there for a concert and paid over $350 a night. Way too much for this hotel. "

"Everything was great except the blanket for the pull out bed looked soiled and the sink drained slowly. Staff addressed these issues. Suite was spacious. Breakfast was excellent! Great location. Able to walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Beds were comfortable. Overall we will be back. Thank you!"

"Some type of system issue that prevented them from giving out room keys at check in. Sue to the number of guests all checking in @ 3 pm it took 45 minutes waiting in line just to check in. I paid an increased rate for the room due to the event in town and they offered nothing more than an apology for the inconvenience of making us run late for the show"

"The room and everything was great but my room, although across from Presidential Suite on 32nd floor was noisy - rumblings and noise from elevators in close proximity."
