“Customer Service is 10 X above 5 stars. The front desk service went above and beyond the call of duty. Ms. Brenda and Gerilyn are amazing employees. Every Country Inn & Suites would be fortunate to have these 2 on staff. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional. We have spent the next 3 nights of our trip at CI&S because of the wonderful service we received in Nashville.”
“Staff was fantastic! Breakfast was great! The pool water was cold in September. Overall great stay. The room fridge has a 4 hour timer-not functional when you count having to start it up, get it cooled down then it kicks off again. They need to take them out of the rooms entirely or take the timer feature off the unit.”
“Rooms were very affordable for the location and very nice and updated. We didn't care for the pool being right next to a bar , suggestion would be build a wall for some privacy. Served free breakfast from 6am-9pm and I am not an egg person but have to say their scrambled eggs were the best I have ever had. We would definitely stay here again if or when back in Nashville ”
“A little out of my way but, that was my fault. I did find "off highway" directions to my destination for visiting family. It was great for a smaller hotel. Everything appliance worked. Right next to Cracker Barrel, shares a lot with little shops and a place to listen to music. Pretty quiet area. Near Operaland Hotel and their shops. Easy to navigate there with GPS . ”
