“Unfortunately I would say our experience wasn’t great. The balcony door was broken and when asked to have our room switched she told us not to worry it’s safe. Being that we were on a girls trip. “The hotel was truly amazing. The location was perfect right in the middle of old town next to restaurants and a 5 min walk from the river front. The patio area was nestled in the middle of the hotel and felt like a breath of fresh air. The service was great they were extremely attentive. I also sprained my ankle and asked for some ice they had someone bring it in mins in a sealed bag so I can ice my ankle truly great hotel”

“Would absolutely stay here again. The staff took extra care with keeping the property clean, literally nothing was dirty. The staff were Ann very polite and super attentive. They all spoke a level of English (which was good for us seeing as we don’t speak Portuguese). The room was incredible, we splashed out a bit and got a junior suite with an ocean view and it was INCREDIBLE. The amenities were great - we tried to make use of all that we could considering our short stay. Definitely book again.”
