위치가 좋은 호텔
가격 대비 좋은 시설은 아니지만 (좁은 방, 좁은 엘리베이터, 5성급 호텔임에도 조금은 부실한 조식 등) 접근성까지 고려하였을때는 매우 만족한 호텔입니다. 렌트카를 가지고 여행한다면 추천할 만한 호텔은 아니나 대중교통, 걸어다니며 마드리드 관광을 계획한다면 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 호텔 앞에 있는 레스토랑 음식도 맛있습니다.

별로예요: 객실의 편안함
욕실 외에는 대체로 좋았습니다.
조식부페가 너무 좋았습니다. 위치도 비교적 좋았구요. 다만 욕실에 문이 없는건 좀 불편했습니다. 혼자서 묵어서 별 문제 없었지만 분명 좋아하지 않는 사람들이 많을것 같습니다. 그리고 룸서비스는 다양한데 방에 전기포트는 없는점이 아쉬웠습니다. 투숙객 모두에게 제공되는 15분짜리 마사지는 좋았습니다. 혼자간다면 다시묵을 의향이 있지만 일행이 있으면 안갈것 같네요.

Pros: Great location, friendly and helpful front desk in AM and afternoon. Turn down in evening was nice with a bottle of wine and chocolates. Cons: Sauna was out of service and relaxing pool water was cold. Staff inconsistent- evening staff second day did not do turn down and didn’t seem to know anything about it.

A marvelous hotel in a marvelous location
Clean, luxurious and spacious for a city hotel, the hotel is in the middle of a fun area that is incredibly convenient to many of Madrid's best barrios. You are at the corner of Parque Retiro, a few minutes walk from the best museums, and adjacent to the swanky stores and restaurants of Salamanca. The perfect location. And did I mention the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff? They made us feel very welcome, an oasis of calm in the swirl of Alcala.

This was the nicest hotel room that I stayed in during my time in Spain - considering the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice variety of shops and restaurants within a 5min walk.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, y tienen un servicio excelente. Todas las personas en todos los ámbitos muy amables y dispuestos a resolver lo que sea que uno les plantee. Es nuestra tercera vez en este hotel y volveríamos siempre.
