When I arrived at the hotel at 7pm. I found the paid-spy was closed at 6pm(The hotel never inform in advance of this information of opertion tine and paid admission). I chose the hotel to sooth my body but it was impossible. 2. The 2nd option is to submerse my body into a hot bath. But they propose me charging an additional 80 pounds for a room upgrade for guests who want a room with a bathtub.- If the hotel ignored the needs of guests who want a bathtub and changed all of the regular rooms into only shower rooms, they should also inform it in advance.
