"I’ve stayed at this property multiple times over the past three years and, after much updating, I believe the maintenance was needed and has been done to a very high level. I will ALWAYS miss having coffee in my room; however, apparently all HI Express are removing coffee makers from rooms. Convenient for housekeeping staff, not so much people staying there because, in my case, I need to shower and fix hair etc, before I face the world. I wonder if it was to save money for corporate and help turn rooms over quicker. Without the coffee available in my room, I checked out earlier. BTW! The coffee experience downstairs that grinds your coffee, etc. is really quite good."
