"For an older property, its was perfect. The room was clean, fresh, and very presentable. Had all the linens. The manager Michael takes pride in keeping this place in top shape. I felt welcomed, safe, there was no rif raf, or shady stuff going on. He lives on site, which helps. No complaints, and I will diffently stay there again. I wish I had found this location before when i stayed in Florence. I would recommend for sure."

"Clean spacious room. Very comfy beds! Hot tub amazing 😍 Lady who checked us in amazing nice friendly all around great experience. Check out not so friendly gentleman was on the phone didn't speak just kinda there. Breakfast wide variety of items hot pancakes, bacon, eggs/omelet, potatoes sausage biscuits/gravy! Oatmeal muffins the list goes on and on. Great experience would def stay here again. Also great location with many dining shopping options within a couple miles. "

"I agree with a comment I saw wondering why rating is not higher! Not sure if it’s newer (or perhaps remodeled). Cute modern decor, super clean, courteous and helpful front desk, nice gym that I’ll never use lol, perfectly acceptable continental breakfast, and some of the most comfortable beds and pillows of any hotel I’ve stayed in. Added two more nights! Great option with mall, stores and many restaurant options just up the street. No reason NOT to stay here! "

"We have been very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Homewood Suites here in Florence. We were greeted by friendly and attentive staff, and the lobby was beautifully decorated and clean. Our room was spacious and full of amenities. We especially appreciated the free laundry service available to us, as we were nearing the end of our travels and needed some items cleaned. Many shopping and dining options are in close proximity too!"

"Our stay was very short but excellent! I (a woman) came to the hotel at 12AM with two small children and felt very safe, even at that time of night. The front desk staff was very kind and patient. The room was very clean! We left in the early morning as we were just passing through while traveling. The hotel is just off I-95 so very convenient as well! "
