โRenovated room. Comfy bed for a HoJo. Clean and spacious. Con: room smelled musty. The fan was running when we checked in but that didnโt help. Stayed one night so not a big deal. โ
โThe room was large and clean. Beds was one of the better beds I have had in a hotel. Bathroom was clean with a nightlight. No major restaurants right there so that was the only downside, but would definitely stay again.โ
โNice stay. Clean room. Friendly staff. Josiah is a sweetheart. He has great customer service. I did absolutely hate the parking situation but its not bad enough to give the hotel any less than 5 stars. โ
โThe hotel's facilities were fine, but the staff were unfriendly, and the cleaning was not clean. The staff was so unkind when I checked in. When I entered the room, other people's hair remained in the shower, and the toilet was dirty. โ
โWe stayed here one night on our way down to Florida. The front desk was very nice and the fastest check-in process i have ever had. The elevators were out of service so we had to take the stairs up to our room. There was also a gigantic bettle in our room which scared the kids. Once we took care of the beetle situation, the room was comfy. The next morning, we had the complimentary breakfast which was terrific. I would stay there again. Hopefully, minus any beetles in the room. โ
โVery disappointed in the lack of hot breakfast. The breakfast was one of the reasons I booked with Country Inn and Suites. If I had known it had changed and would not have the breakfast I would have changed hotels.โ
