“We always stay at this hotel when in town. Things seem better, since we visited last around August of 2025. Not major complaints but it would be nice if there were more seating at the pool and if there were knobs on the refrigerators in the rooms. The refrigerator didn’t seem cold in our and the lady at the front desk immediately switched our room. All of the staff were so nice and friendly. “The hotel needed better management as far as cleanliness and they lack the ability to make the guest aware of their amenities. We were looking forward to using the pool but they fail to mention that the pool wasn’t available due to maintenance issues. This was disappointing and I had to ask if they could accommodate us in anyway and the front desk had no suggestions but for us to stay at another Fairfield 20 miles away.”

“Definitely the dirtiest room I've been in. Food in the fridge. Disgusting stain on the chair. Ripped mattress inside a mattress bag. Mattress bag had mold on the zipper. Bathtub looked like it had been used at a frat house for 20 years. We went to Walmart and got sheets and pillows. The gentlemen at the front seemed friendly. ”

“AC was very nice, room should have been cleaned, and/or at least empty trash can. Room #100 felt like it was siting directly in the intersection of Hgwy 74 and 220. The noise was terrible from the cars and trains.”

“They refused Me the room. They said they Only do walk-in. I said I had Booked the room on-line and they said TOO Bad and to leave the motel . They said the booking in-line cost charges a fee and that they will not allow.at to happen”
