โThe owners were really lovely and accommodating, they leant me things from their own kitchen as I needed to bake some bits while I was staying there, and even offered to put the dishes in their dishwasher so I didnโt have to wash it up myself. Although, the kitchen had everything you needed for a normal stay there. They waited up for us as we were late getting there for check in, due to a long journey. โIgnore the bad reviews. This is the second year running Iโve came here with my children. The hotel is clean and the staff are really polite and helpful itโs cheaper than the other hotels in the area as itโs being refurbished the rooms are decent and lovely views if you get a sea room. โ
โSolomon at the reception was very friendly and helpful. I left my phone charge-cable behind and he did send it to me! I Send a self addressed envelope โ
โThe hosts Dennis and Helga made us feel so welcome. They were very attentive to our needs. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast choice was fantastic. The location was excellent being close to public transport. Parking was right in front of the property. Highly recommend.โ
โWir waren als รคlteres Ehepaar eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft und hatten ein sehr schรถnes Zimmer mit Bad und Blick in den sehr gepflegten Garten. Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin und ihrem Mann hervorragend betreut. Das Frรผhstรผck war exelent. Parken vor dem Haus. Sitzmรถglichkeiten im Garten. Wir haben vor Ort alles zu Fuร gemacht. Bis in die City und zur Strandpromenade zwischen 20 - 30 Minuten. Wir kรถnnen die Unterkunft bestens empfehlen. โ
โOur stay at Villa Marina was excellent. We were given a very warm welcome and the room was very comfortable and everything we could want was provided. Beautiful decor, very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was well cooked and served beautifully. We would be very happy to stay there again.โ
โCharming place, we hadnโt realised how good the sea views were/are. Nicely located being a short walk from Babbington centre with the rest of the English Riviera easily accessible. Heating and hot water both fine, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen (even washing up without a dishwasher didnโt seem like a chore with those views!). We had an issue with the WiFi which the owner worked to resolve, sadly without success. But Sunny Bank is a great spot in a great location - recommendedโ
