"My wife and I have stayed there many times. Nice clean hotel, well maintained and very close to Disney World. They charge $10 a day for parking, which stinks, but then again, most of the local hotels charge for parking near Disney World these days. The Rosen Inn usually has very good rates."

"The room was clean but outdated. The stairway light was out after Dark. We kept getting notices automatically that quiet time started at 10:00 p.m., we had to call the front office to get a party shut down in the pool bar at 11:00 p.m. even though the pool closed at 10:00 p.m. It was loud enough they should have heard it and put a stop to it earlier. Undecided if we would stay there again. Great location, lots of places to eat and things to do nearby. Seemed fairly safe."
