위치가 너무좋아 더운날씨에도 쇼핑몰연결통로로 존커스트리트까지 도보로 다니기 좋아요 길건너 쇼핑몰에는 음식점이모두맛나고 구경거리가 많네요 호텔옆 팍슨 쇼핑몰보다 길건너 쇼핑몰이 훨 나아요 그리고 호텔주변에 맛사지가게도 많아 골라서 하면되구요 수영장은 크지는 않지만 사람이 없어 느긋하게 할수있어요

편안한 여름휴가
가격대비 이만한 호텔은 없을 것으로 생각됩니다. 특히 수영장 관리상태는 너무 좋구요 그리고 조식도 좋습니다. 다만 시설이 오래된 관계로 특히 욕실의 상태가 좋진 않구요, 계속 바닥에 물이 고이는 상태가 불편했습니다. 인터넷 연결은 안정하진 못한 것 같습니다. 하지만, 이 가격에 쿠알라룸푸르에서 다른 대안은 없을 것 같습니다.

Good location because that’s where the bus stops. Near all the tourist places and commercial area. Good buffet breakfast options. However, for a supposed 5-star hotel, we were expecting more. For example there’s no hair conditioner and they just provided tiny bottles of shampoo and body wash. There is no bath mat in the toilet, you have to walk on the bare toilet and shower floor. Cups, toiletries, slippers, and towels came in 2 sets eventhough we indicated 3 guests during booking. There were no robes provided, which would have been good if you wanna go to the pool. Coffee was Nescafe instant coffee. Local coffee would have been good. Check in was painfully slow.

All good. The location of the hotel is unbeatable - near to everything - walking distance. Good size of hotel room - value for money. My only criticism - hotel window needs cleaning from the outside.

My Studio Suite was a Prison Cell
It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! No doubt I booked the cheapest room but it was touted as a "Studio Suite" costing no less that $86 a night. And what I got instead was nothing but a prison cell - you open the door and your view is all the other rooms across the corridor; you ran to open the window curtain and all you see are a whole block of other prison cells just a few metres across. In a nutshell, my wife and I felt like we were imprisoned during our 4D/3N stay!

I love to stay ! Indeed a excellent hotel . Just a suggestion that the lifts are good to be upgraded as not intelligent enough to serve the guests . Example like many might be waiting but once the lift opened , the others will stop functioning , and if the ascending doors not closed , you cannot press for lift to descend . The rest are pretty satisfied . Good Hotel
