스텝은 친절하십니다. 그런데 저희방은 더블룸 공용욕실이였는데 공용욕실이 간이구조로 옥탑에 문도없이 샤워커튼 두개로만 되어있는 곳이여서 이용하기 좀 무서웠습니다. 방도 창문이 두개인데 한곳은 앞이 막혀있고 한곳은 호텔빨래 말리는곳이라 빛이 안들어요. 들어가는 골목길도 조금 외집니다. 주방은 더러운편입니다. 몇십년전 스페인 집구조를 보고싶으신분은 흥미로우실수도...

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Accogliente, romantico, mobili d'epoca, persino i bagni e doccia in comune erano pulitissimi ...una vera sorpresa. Consiglio fortemente.

Hostal con encanto.
Hostal muy bien situado en el centro de Palma, por lo que puedes ir a pie a todas partes. Tienes que saber que vas a una pensión, para no crearte unas falsas expectativas. El patio interior es muy bonito y está bien cuidado. Los muebles son antiguos, pero así quieren respetar la esencia del lugar. Los baños son compartidos, pero estaban reformados y muy limpios. Los hermanos Victoria y Gerard son muy amables, y me facilitaron una estancia muy agradable. Muchas gracias por vuestra atención.

Loved the style of the property. Room was okay, nice and clean, shower & toilet new and fresh. Only problem was on the steps(2 of) to the shower (I was in room 19) there is a sharp piece of pipe protruding from the riser and it caught my bare foot and made a bad cut. I'm only raising this as I left early in the morning and could not relay the message. Hopefully this can be made safe for future visitors.

I love Victoria! She is nice, always smiles and helps you anyway possible. Thank you so much! The only problem is that It was boiling hot in Palma and there is no aircondition. The room was like a sauna. Had to go to cold shower three times during the night but It helped only for few minutes.

Expedia vende un alojamiento y lo ofrece sabiendo que el hotel esta cerrado mi razon por la que busque el hotelna esanhora fuebporque estaba sinndonde dormir y ademas me sentia mal. Hice la reserva a las 11:30:pm y no alcance a llegar al hotel sino hasta la 1 am y todo estaba cerrado. Porque ofrecen una estadia en su pagina si el hotel no esta disponible, ademas el numero que uds ponen no es el correcto o no funciona.

Victoria and Gerard are friendly, great at offering good suggestions for local food and attractions. The hotel is a sympathetically converted old residence, with unique features and decor. Overall a very pleasant stay with exceptional hosts.

Amazing place to stay in the centre of Palma!
Really beautiful and old fashioned Mallorcan place. The whole house itself is stunning! Very close to all of the main attractions in Palma and very easy to get to using the A1 airport bus. The whole place is spotless and the shared bathrooms were always super clean and tidy. I slept really well here as it was so quiet. Victoria was very attentive and a wonderful host! Thanks so much for a brilliant stay 😊

I liked the family running the hotel - they both were great and helpful. Few minor things to consider: due to hotel location (historic center) cars are not permitted and you need to be ready to walk with the luggage about 7 min. Lots of stairs in the building. Our room was not heated ( in January!) they need to put small heaters in every room, it was freezing in the room and bathroom. No direct day light in the room, with walls covered ceremony tiles felt like being in the medieval times. Having said that, it was different from many others in a good way - the building has a unique Spanish character and the family did their best to run it smoothly. There is always someone there at the reception to let you in if needed. We left the luggage after checking out - that was nice of them to allow it.

I loved the place, I was a little of it skeptical because of the word "hostal" since I was going with my family but it was one of the best experience we had. The place was amazing, in the center of the town, walking distance to everywhere, safe, clean, comfortable. What I like the most beside the location was the unique style and decoration like you go back in time. Victoria, the lady at the reception was amazing ,she always had an smile on her face. I truly recommend this place.

Location was perfect to explore Palma, and both staff were super friendly and nice. Room was clean and tidy, actually the whole building was nice and fresh. Bathroom was maintained super clean by the staff, so it was not a concern at all even though it was a shared one.

Amazing traditional Mallorcan home untouched for many years ran by lovely siblings. The house is beautiful and such a treat to get to stay there. Room was basic but spotlessly clean and comfortable bed. Location is perfect for exploring palma by foot. Unfortunately no A/C or fan provided which is one thing that could be improved on. Amazing value for money.

空港からのバス停もそれほど遠くなく、中心地ながら静かで、少し散歩すれば飲食に困る事もなく、いい場所でした。階段だけなので大荷物の際は注意してください。

Mooi oud gebouw en netjes onderhouden!! Alleen de wc’s kunnen niet goed doorgespoeld worden!!! Het is best gehorig maar de locatie was perfect midden in het centrum, oude stad!!

Das Hostal Pons liegt zentral in Palma. Es ist ein übriges Gebäude. Etwas älter, aber sauber. Es hat eine Gemeinschaftsküche und ein Gemeinschaftsbad. Der Service war super. Der Rezeptionist hat alles ausführlich erklärt. Da der Fliesen Oden sehr kalt ist, sollten Latschen oder dicke Socken im Gepäck nicht fehlen. Für ein paar Nächte sehr empfehlenswert!!

Gunstige Lage, aber un gepflegte Unterkunft
Positiv ist die günstige Lage in der Altstadt, großes Zimmer, gute Matratzen und sauberes Bett beim Einzug (aber nur das Bett!) Allerdings würde das Zimmer vor unserem Bezug nicht geputzt, der Boden war richtig dreckig. Die Dusche ist alt, die Duschtür schließt kaum noch und innen war die Dusche sehr schmuddelig. Ein alter Wasserschaden an der Zimmetdecke ist gut sichtbar. Während des Aufenthalts kommt niemand ins Zimmer zum putzen (wenigstens mal Dusche oder Waschbecken). Ob billig hin oder her, bei 380 € für 5 Übernachtungen kann man durchaus ein grundgereinigtes Zimmer beim Einzug erwarten.

Solo un pallino anche perché di meno non si può, tra i servizi ci sarebbe una fantomatica colazione che poi si rivela una bufala,in quanto in questo posto non si fa nessuna colazione (e meno male) visto le condizioni di abbandono in cui riversa tutta la struttura, la mia camera è stata rifatta solo al quarto giorno su sei, e solo dopo aver chiamato il sito dove avevo prenotato, il proprietario mi ha aspettato alla sera al mio ritorno per fermarmi e dirmene quattro, in pratica secondo lui io cosa potevo pretendere per 38 euro al giorno? E poi per soggiorni di 6 giorni loro programmano le pulizie e il rifacimento del letto dopo tre giorni, cioè a metà soggiorno, io gli ho fatto notare che la camera era 4 giorni che non la guardavano neanche e che io la pagavo tutti i giorni, siccome avevo ragione da vendere il signore per vendicarsi mi ha proibito di raggiungere la cucina per farmi il caffè alle 8, visto che era una concessione fatta da lui e che peraltro fatta a tutti, una cucina piena di stoviglie lurude e che neanche una discarica accetterebbe, è mi ha proibito anche di accarezzare il bellissimo gattone, molto più educato del proprietario.... Ps almeno in cucina mettere la polvere insetticida per le formiche che sono ovunque...La reception non è aperta dalle 8 ma dalle 9... Prima delle 9 il proprietario si fa i fatti suoi, ho suonato il campanaccio e poi ho chiamato al telefono, ma non ha risposto nessuno quindi se avete l'aereo al mattino fate il check out alla sera precede

Hôtel rustique bon marché et bien situé
L'hôtel a été difficile à trouver, en provenance de l'aéroport par la ligne 1 de bus EMT. La Carrier de Vi n'est pas sur toutes les applis de géolocalisation ! Il s'agit en fait d'une auberge avec un service hôtelier minimal. Construit dans un bâtiment datant du 19ième, les aménagements intérieurs sont vétustes mais les chambres sont propres et la décoration générale fait penser à une pension de famille. L'aubergiste Sebastian est très accueillant, parle français et anglais et se plie en quatre pour vous rendre service. Les petits déjeuners ne sont pas servis par l'établissement mais vous pourrez facilement préparer votre menu préféré à l'aide des équipements de cuisine disponibles. On s'habitue sans problème aux sanitaires partagés situés à chaque étage et dont la propreté est assurée (sauf si vous tombez sur de mauvais voisins!) A éviter en saison chaude et froide à cause de la mauvaise isolation thermique et de l'absence de climatisation. En résumé, l'hôtel offre un très bon rapport qualité-prix avec une situation imbattable pour les personnes peu exigeantes pour leur niveau de confort en voyage.
