"The view from my balcony was amazing - overlooking Table Mountain. Stunning view. The staff are very polite and helpful. There are two ladies on reception that I would like to thank. The one lady took me around the hotel showing me an alternative room while the other lady found empty rooms on the computer. I have forgotten the lady's name that took me around the hotel, but she knows who she is. I told the manager on reception how helpful she was. Thank you, you made my stay memorable. Amazing staff, from reception to room service to the porters. Hopefully, I will return. "

"The Grande Roche is a wonderful place with such kind, happy and thoughtful management and staff. In particular thank you to Marchello, Denai and Veena for making my stay so comfortable - you are wonderful people! The whole vibe is very chilled and friendly. The views out onto the grounds and vineyards are stunning - the landscaping and gardening give a sense of luxury and connection with nature. I really loved the sense of calm. The room was beautful, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of cooked to order choices, and I will miss dining next to the fire in the evenings - the chef was amazing! Thank you to all the staff at Grande Roche - keep up the amazing work!"

"Cannot stress enough how UNBELIEVABLY friendly AND efficient owner Eddie is...he replied instantly to my WhatsApp after 5pm, was involved, helpful and polite and answered every question without bitterness, resentment or impatience. This is a FAR cry from what passes for "customer so-called service" in this city. But my best part was seeing him outside the venue on arrival..he was waiting for my Uber!! And he didn't flinch to help with luggage...room was perfectly acceptable with a fan(yay!), grand water pressure in the shower with a hand shower too(!), super firm and spotlessly clean bed and bedding and an INCREDIBLY helpful Head of Housekeeping Miss Longineer. What a treasure she was!! Changed bedding to summer sheets at my request, made me some coffee and stayed around after my late check-in (8pm!) to ensure I was taken care of. Legend. I can HIGHLY recommend 27 on Milton with absolute certainty...say Hi for me to Eddie and Miss L when you arrive!! 😎❤️🌍🇿🇦"
