The condo and location were fine. The check-in and check-out process was terrible. The host gave too many instructions, and some of them made me feel that I was being bullied in a convent school! Also, the check-in instructions were wrong - they could have just told us to enter the code in the lock rather than the elaborate nonsense. The check-out had us do too many things - we are paying a cleaning fee; use that! One would think we are staying in the Buckingham Palace, when this is an average condo at best. Do not stay here if you have better options.
