“Nothing was what it seemed to be from the website description of this place. When I booked this resort it mentioned all inclusive. NOTHING WAS INCLUDED not even breakfast. Every time we went out to the restaurant to eat we had to spend 50-100 or more just on food. Which took away from us being able to enjoy our vacation. “We stayed one night at this hotel and it was the worst experience of our life! We parked across the street of the Galleon Hotel and asked the check-in lady if it was ok to park there for the night. She stated it was not a problem. Upon check in our room was dingy, dusty and old with a shared bathroom. We asked to upgrade our room with a private bathroom and she said it would be $80 cash.
