“I was waiting for 1 hour to get my room key. But the host has gone to milan(more than 1hour by car). So I have to make a int'l phone call to get my room key. After 1.5hours of effort I got my room key. This B&B is located 5th floor & and our room door was out of order so we cannot lock our room door. Further more room TV is located more than 2m high. The host never say "I am sorry !"”

“Great stay! Would definitely recommend. The pictures do not do the hotel justice. Spacious, comfortable, clean rooms with AC and wifi. Parking and breakfast available. About 25 minute walk to downtown Bellagio. ”

“What an amazing property! Camilla was so welcoming, understanding of travel issues, and was so attentive and easy to communicate with during our stay. Honestly, probably the nicest place we stayed at in Italy! Located right downtown in Como- easy to walk to ahopping, dinner, the boat rides (if you do that), and the train car. Absolutely lovely.”

“요금에 비해 아주 만족한 숙박이었습니다. 주인 아저씨의 투박한 친절함도 매우 좋았고, 조금은 오래된 그러나 잘 관리된 하우스도 맘에 들었습니다. 물론 직접 차려주시는 아침 식사도 좋았고요. 레이크 코모가 내려다 보이는 방안 뷰및 산 정상이 보이는 테라스도 아주 좋았습니다. 다만 산기슭의 호숫가에 위치하다보니 여름에는 모기가 있을수 있고, 집앞에 위치한 기차역의 소음은 거의 무시해도 될 정도였습니다. 아마도 차를 렌트해서 가시는 분들은 입구에 이르러서 아연할 수도 있으니, 기차역 공영 주차장에 파킹하는 것이 나을것이라고 생각합니다.”

Francesca is absolutely wonderful and her mother was delightful. They gave us great recommendations and made reservations on our behalf. The Villa has everything you need for a great stay in Lake Como - views, breakfast, extras like coffee maker and a welcome wine, bathrobes and slippers. Simply wonderful!”

“가격에 비해서 너무 안좋아요. 일단 아파트식이라 로비가 없어요. 바코드를 찍어가며 출입해야하고 방이 너무 작은데 발코니도 없어요. 12시가 체크아웃이지만 그동안 할게없어서 일어나자마자 나갔어요. 조식도 다른 Bar에서 먹여야하고 (씻고 옷 다 갈아입고 나가야함) 욕조도 없고 게다가 침대에 피도 뭍어있었음.”

“Nette en schone kamer en aardige gastheer/ gastvrouw. Voor 1 of 2 nachten (doorreis) zeker aan te bevelen. In Cernobbio is weinig te beleven. Met de boot over het meer naar Como gaat snel en is leuk. ”

His video for locating and entering property was so useful and he was a very informative about the tourist sites and attentive at breakfast . Very close to Piazza Vecchia and 5 min walk to shops and the funicular to lower town ”

“Our hostes was the best! As soon as we arrived she sat us down for a complete orientation of the area, the ferry runs, train schudle, etc. The house was very convient to everything. And the yard was a beautiful place to relax. ”
