โAll the staffs were very approachable at all times and trusted as well. The room cleaner in the 8th floor was very honest. And i wanna have my nxt stay on the same flr since i had that excellent experience wd this worker, consider him as a son to me and to my husband.โ

my flight was delayed, so I arrived in Manila late, but thanks to them checking my flight schedule, I made it to the hotel comfortably. Although the flowers I had requested on the bed prior to my booking weren't there, the room was upgraded, and I was able to relax comfortably for a week (of course, I paid an extra fee).
