It’s very rare a hotel will have great customer service and great food but the grand Hyatt has everything down to perfection. Will be staying here from now on. We had the 2 bedroom suite and I didn’t want to leave the room. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. "

Room is more than adequate; always cleaned well; staff very cordial all around; shopping great at SM. Will come back again."
