It provides a more homey feel, comfy beds and the jacuzzi at the pool area is a must try. Overall good experience and would definitely come back.

We liked Cocoon Boutique Hotel because of the friendly, kind and accommodating staffs. The location is also close to banks, good restaurants, coffee and bake shops. Our room was great and we have had a good night sleep because of the fluffy pillows and soft comforters. My family would want to go back again to this hotel in future vacations.

Tj from reception service from day 1 was pleasant and helpful, went above helpful to make sure our stay was awesome. Also breakfast staff including Cassandra and Alex were unreal to accommodate anything i wanted ro eat. Would recommend if wanting affordable luxury,, i will stay hete next trip

Want to come back again

I stayed at Cocoon Boutique for 3 nights. I searched for a hotel in Quezon city that had good customer reviews, and I am happy that I made a good choice. The hotel was very clean and well managed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the sheets and covers were very clean and comfortable. I really appreciate the kind staff who were very responsive to my requests. As a person being first time in the Phillippines, I had questions and needed help, and they were always professional. A drawback at this hotel is small fitness facility and an outdoor pool located right next to the outdoor dinning area. The pool seems to be ok for children. Another drawback is smell in the room: Seems to come from the sewer. The smell was sometimes strong and sometimes very weak, probably depending on the air pressure and/ot the weather. However, everything else was so great that I want to come back to this hotel again definately.

Such a lovely friendly and homely hotel. The staff on reception were delightful and all the staff in the restaurant on the 6th floor were so attentive professional. I would definitely stay again.

For the cost per night, we thought this hotel was good value. Staff were friendly and tried their best to help meet our needs. We need a fridge that works for our medicines and most of those little black room fridges simply are not working. Plus we requested twin beds. So we asked for a room change and they gladly helped out. Other appliances were missing like hair dryer and kettle. Also quite a bit of noise from bar in street below but thats not part of the hotel.

Overall great stay!

Location is good. Lots of restaurant around the area. Easy to get Grab or Taxi transportation. Entire staff are friendly. They always address you by your name. Free breakfast was good too. Room is clean and smells fresh. The only thing is the sides of shower door and walls towards the bottom have molds. They should clean that because that's not healthy and it looks like it has accumulated for a long time. Other than that, service was superb!

Great staff. Responsive and professional. The rooms are comfortable and the amenities are surprisingly plentiful. The full size tub is a bonus and there's a good supply of hot water. The location is perfect to all points in Quezon City.

This was a great experience from check in until check out. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the ambiance was relaxing. Great place to stay

Cozy hotel with very nice ambience in the room. Happy to have netflix in the hotel. The breakfast is awesome especially those local dishes.

Excellent service

Service is excellent and breakfast is great too. Only thing is that it gets pretty noisy at night with the street downstairs.

Welcoming and attentive staff at reception and meals. Very willing and quick to offer help in organising Grab taxis and transport and responding to requests for help. A spacious rooms . Areas that could be better include the access via phone to the restaurant fir room service.

A little worn

The great thing about this hotel is the staff. They are friendly, helpful and polite. Great work! This is my fourth or fifth stay at the hotel and I feel the condition of the rooms is declining. The furnishings are showing their age and the bathroom in my room was showing way too much mold, not helped by leaks around the shower. The hotel was an oasis in the area, but needs some revamping and the rooms need concerted maintenance. The bed was comfortable.

My biggest gripe with the property was the airconditioning. The unit was not adequate enough to really cool the room. The massage service was also disappointing, the massage bed wasn't that comfortable that my back ached after the service, and my wife had the same complain. What was great is the proximity to Timog Avenue area where there were a lot of dining options. Will I stay here again? Maybe not. I will try other options like the B Hotel or Luxent. We stayed at Sequioa Hotel previously and that was a more pleasant stay considering that they had basic amenities.

Great place!

Very nice hotel. Loved the way they kept Filipino furnishings and yet their digital room service technology was quite surprising. Located in a quiet area and with restaurants adjacent. Breakfast was superb!

夜の10:00頃に開く店が向かいにあり、朝の6:00まで大音響で音楽を流している。酔客の叫び声も混じり、耳栓を用意するか、諦める他ない。部屋は綺麗で、従業員も親切なので立地だけが問題。

- the pool was under repair, which we were not informed about - otherwise very welcoming friendly staff - very clean and comfortable rooms - too far from the airport for a short stopover stay - breakfast is okay but lacking more diversity and choices
