The hotel is clean with updated amenities throughout the hotel. The area surrounding the hotel has everything anyone can want as far as shopping dining and entertainment. The staff are professional friendly and supportive. My only issue is they closed the roof deck restaurant/bar during Covid and they haven’t opened it back up yet .

I always stay here in Privato everytime I visit the philippines, the location is close to dining areas, starbucks, malls, staff is amazing, security guards are very helpful. I would suggest new towels!!

Great Hotel Staff BUT Not The Best Location

The staff was very friendly and courteous but I didn't care too much for the location...The hotel is on Shaw Blvd and there are plenty of Jeepneys driving on that street(so the streets were filled with smoke,exhaust,etc)

The hotel staff are super friendly and accomodating. They are attentive to the needs of their guests. My only concern is that the room is not sound proof. I can't sleep well due to noise of other guests in the hallway.

Place is clean, staff is professional. Sometimes conflicting answers. Was initially told guests were allowed, but when tried to bring my wifes family, was told 500 pesos per head for them to swim. No bar, water pressure was ok, and they did have broad rain style heads, but “hot” water was barely above room temp. 2 elevators serving 22 story building can be slow, especially during service hours. There is a restaurant on floor 6, seemed a little pricey compared to nearby restaurants in malls. Did not eat there, so can’t speak to quality. In house laundry service is available, but not daily, and is pricey at 100P per article. Lava Bien laundry is in 5 mins walking distance, can do overnight service, and is quite economical. All in all, a reasonable and economical hotel within 20-30 minutes of Pasig.

We arrived late , i get it, but nobody told us about facilities in the hotel . Found the room a bit dirty bathroom floor in shower needs a good cleaning as. It a little slippery when having shower . No face or hand towels available just 2 bath towels . Had to ask to get room cleaned after 3 night. Staff were friendly and tried to help us with some transportation needs. We did get help after a google search. Security guards outside were great supper helpful and pointed us in the right direction. Location is great close to shopping and other amenities. Experience wasn't bad but a few little things could really improve this hotel.
