“Did not give us room with 2 queen beds as we booked and paid for. On top of that, front desk staff didn't even bother yo let us know that they will give us wrong room type until we found out at night. We have 16 and 12 years old boys so we specifically reserved room with 2 queen beds. When we called the front desk at night they said initially that they couldn't give us our room due to availability. After dealing with front desk person with back and forth arguments he said he will give us call...

“I loved the pool area and the short walk to the beach and the park. The breakfast at the Puerto Escondido at the sister property next door (also walking distance) was excellent and a lifesaver for our family. The gift shop was awesome, and you can rent a boogie board for $10 dollars a day. The property was also surprisingly quiet given the fact that the park entrance is super close and the beach access is super close. Staff was super helpful and kind, made little arrangements with the towels...

“This place was so magical ✨️ As soon as we arrived we were greeted by monkeys 🐒 lol. We were able to watch them from our balcony every night. They like to come out around 4pm or 5pm during the afternoon rain. The room stayed clean and the staff was super nice. Rated 10/10 ♥️♥️♥️”
