“I was a really good place to stay”

“Sorry to say it was one of the worst places i have ever booked. I booked three rooms for me and my family. All three rooms Smelled like urin, thier were multiple stains on the bedding. First room TV did not work window screen was broken Stains on bed they claim they just cleaned. The scecond room the door did not lock,stains on bed and floor and smelled like urin, you could just push to open door to room. their was no need for the room key. The third room was a mix...

They Have a beautiful bathroom mirror with different light settings and everything but they're there wasn't one towel rack or hook in the bathroom to put a robe or shirt. I would think that's just a basic. One little trash basket in the bathroom but none throughout the whole room, Again you would think that's just a basic. The TV was huge...
