"The staff was very helpful. The parking garage I’d conveniently located to the hotel. Overall great location to restaurants. The room itself was ok and had some signs of minor patches in the cleaning and bathroom appears a little aged. Overall it was an ok experience."

"Wife and I stayed after a Phillies game and everything was great, as it usually is. Have stayed here a few times and have nothing but great things to say about Sofitel in Philly. Great staff and great location. My only complaint would be how small the valet parking area is but there is not much Sofitel can do about that with such a tight location."

"The entire hotel was clean, convenient to restaurants and sight seeing locations. Staff was very nice, helpful and attentive. The only quibble we had was that our particular room smelled like a smoker had been it."
