Willingboro, New Jersey hotel rooms at the Loews

"Excellent downtown Phili location and spacious suites."

"This hotel USED to be our favorite but it's declining. The past two trips our valet experience has not been great. We pulled in and it's as if we didn't exist. We waiting by our car and tried to ask for help and then to our shock, they walked right past us and went to the guy who pulled in behind us. Delayed our check in and my husband has medical issues so standing for too long isn't great. The check in area and the restaurant are gorgeous. The rooms are always lacking in cleanliness. Last trip our floors were sticky and the carpet didnt appear to have been vacuumed. This trip, hair (little black hairs ON the tub) of course we didn't use it. Towels are old and scratchy. And just general lack of attention to cleaning...our tv had finger prints all over it, walls had splatter. It makes you feel like you can't take your shoes off. One note, last trip we set up room service for breakfast before we had to head to the hospital. It never came. We had to be all the front desk 3 times. It showed 2 mins before we had to be out the door. Honestly, we travel in for hospital appts at Penn and choose to stay near rittenhouse bc we have always loved it. It may be time to try some of the other hotels though bc Sofitel is not longer even a 4 star hotel in our opinion."

"It was great! Especially the maid service, bedding. One complaint was $8 water. You could provide a complimentary bottle of water. Disposable slippers would have come in handy. The parking could be more reasonable."

"I decided to do a staycation for my birthday at the W. and from check-in up until I checked out my experience was great. Silvia checked me in and offered me a champagne glass and a choice of a dessert for my birthday staycation. After checking into the room she followed up with me to see if I liked the room as well. My room was spacious, clean and had a perfect view. The staff on the premises were also kind, from the restaurant at Dolce to the night lounge within the lobby. I will definitely consider another staycation at the W."

"When I first arrived I was greeted with an unpleasant welcome from staff. Got to the room, and the air conditioning didn’t work, No body wash was in the bathroom, and only one outlet in the room worked. The room wasn’t fully cleaned from the last guest as there was trash still left over. Not worth the money"
