If you are checking in late, there is no typical front desk. It seems my expedia reservation was not seen as valuable compared to booking direct and the hotel customer service had no information. Im sure its because of low season but it took 45 minutes to reach someone who could tell me where to find my room key. All were apologetic but it was a frustrating scenario to reach a solution and a person with the right info.”
