The area is far away from the main city, but to bluff the renters, they marked the Venus Aprtment in the middle of the Kigali city, inside a circle of the main road. 2. The staff was surprised to see us, he called the owner and handed over the mobile to us to talk. The owner was surprisied hearing from us that we booked his apartment..!!! Flat was not cleaned and rubbish not taken away. 4. Unable to gain access on day of arrival as nobody on duty despite being notified of late arrival. 5. TV was only connected on last day. 6. Some lights not working and were not fixed."
