Improve the reserve process of not asking for credit card as published. I was charged the full amount and then at the end, the manager billed me while they receive payment they charged me the total amount for 2nd time on my credit card and appears 2 charges for the same period of booking with this Hotel.

Falta aislar el ruido de la calle

Muy bien, sin embargo la habitación en la que me hospedé da a la calle y el ruido es demasiado. A pesar de tener la puerta del balcón completamente cerrada, muy poco impide que se escuche el ruido qué hay fuera del hotel.
