We were given a complementary upgrade on our room and late checkout. The breakfast was lovely with a gorgeous view from the restaurant. The member of staff who checked us in was extremely helpful. The room was very clean, modern and spacious. A little fridge was stocked and the usual tea and coffee were available. A vast improvement upon our stay last year. Lovely spotlessly clean rooms with all the things we value like minibar space for our own seasonal snacks & cheeses plus great pillow selection, excellent heating, great lighting, good magnifying mirrors in the bathroom and deep soaking tub.
