“I called the lodge directly as I was coming with my 97 year old mother and needed to know if the rooms were accessible with a wheelchair. The gentleman in reservations confirmed they were but was busy with check ins, so suggested I book through Expedia. It would have been nice had he reserved the room for us, we were 100% sure we were coming.
