"I understand it not your 5 star hotel however nothing, nothing was right, wait!!! the Arrival and departure board was the ONLY bright light and parking. 1 - There were no light bulbs in the lamps. 2 - The glass over the light was cracked half way to the middle and still on display. 3. - TV didn't work and had to go to frontdesk. 4 - The telephone didn't work, no cord. 5 - One towel for a double occupated room, wait, call front desk, wait, no cord, walk. 6 - Front desk staff was on vacation, you can only get help from the one at the desk. 7 - No hot water for Tea had to use the mircowave in the dining room. 8 - The mircowave in the dining room didn't work no tea. 9 - The non smoking room was full of smoke smell, had to get a new room. 10 Party broke out about 12 am - 1 am Walking into the lobby I was excite about my relaxing stay, that all changed when I opened the door."
