"Not a great hotel stay. Thankfully we were there only one night. Our room smelt old and musty like cats. When my wife called the front desk to ask if we could move rooms, they said sure, but they're allowed in all rooms. So if youre allergic to cats, look for another hotel. The AC in our room wasn't working, so they sent maintenance up to repair it. He got it working pretty quick, but then it quit working ten minutes later. Bathroom wasn't very clean either. There was dried pee around the bottom of the toilet that hadn't been cleaned. Made us wonder what else doesn't get cleaned. We would have switched rooms, but our kids were so tired they had already gone to sleep, plus we were afraid that the next room might be even worse."

"Coming for bourbon? DO NOT waste your time with the rooftop bar on site. Overpriced doesn't even begin to fully detail how this bar prices mid-level pours. The place you want to go to is Harry's Bar right on the corner next to this hotel. AMAZING selection, decent pricing, great atmosphere. Avoid Bluegrass Tavern while you're at it. They may offer the most bottles you'll ever see, but they're not transparent on pricing. You get the feeling they price you, not the bottle when they don't have to go to the register that often on bottles that have dust one them. Only 8-12 pours have listed prices, the rest they say would be too hard to print out and offer pricing for (unlike every other place in the area)."

"I travel all over the world. I’ve stayed at everything. The Ritz Carlton to off brand Filipino hotels. And a number of Motel 6’s all over the US and other Accor properties in Europe. This place wins the prize. Dirty. Unsafe. Not remotely like the pictures. For only the second time in the last 40 years, it was so bad I left. Trash everywhere. Some unknown liquid on the floor. People loitering all over the property, staring at us when we went in our room. People apparently living in the buses by where you park your car. And I suppose waiting for you to go to sleep. People driving through and being handed small packages through their car windows in exchange for cash. When I left I asked for a refund. Told that I’d have to talk to Expedia. Expedia gave me a refund and we moved to another property down the road. I’m all for supporting locally owned hotels. There is a very good Motel 6 down the road. I seldom write a negative review, but this is to say the least unacceptable. I sincerely hope this one takes this criticism seriously and fixes their operation and brings it up to standard."
