We loved Arkana. We were made to feel like one of the family and staff were super friendly and able to assist with anything. Rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. Bathrooms were freshly grouted and toilets spotless clean. For the price and proposition, I wouldnt hesitate staying again or recommending. The fact that onsite staff are always there added that extra safety and friendliness for me.

It was run down and the bathroom wasn’t clean with hairs on the sink, mould on shower grouting and unclean bench in bathroom. The bed was comfortable and clean though.

What national park mold on curtains and in shower did not get asked if i needed anything in 3 days couldn't park outside of the room they had a room full of teenagers who completely out of control so there was no relaxing after travelling

The room was in ordinary condition. The bathroom light did not work. In the main room only 1 of the 2 lights worked, timber carpentary needed repairing and there were some renovations happening in other rooms. Staff did chec on us the first night and said they were going to fix the next day this did not happen.

We liked the having to not see reception and have codes sent via text to enter the room etc. The beds were comfy. Sheets could have fit the queen bed better. There was a smell in the bathroom that was a mixture of musty and mouldy and the toilet wasn’t sealed to the floor. It was a bit rocky. Overall good stay for a quick stay. Staff were fantastic when I did get to speak to them. I think there may be a renovation going on
