"Was pleased with the staff and location of the Inn. It was clean and in fair condition for an older facility. The only concern we had were the small toilets since we’re older than the average visitors and had trouble with them. Still would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Hyannis. "

"We stayed here during Covid when it was a little old school motel. So happy to be back with all its beautiful upgrades and fabulous staff. What a great couple of days we had at the Tides. Room rooms are immaculate. Can’t beat being on the beach! Adorable little coffee truck right outside your door. We will absolutely be back."

"Everything is excellent in the lobby, loved the decor and seating areas. Staff was helpful with bags and quickly changing our room location from the 4th to 2nd floor. Wonderful staff, invited us in with a smile. Birthday decorations were nicely done and appreciated. The only negative is not setup for seniors. We had to carry our bags up the steps to the lobby."
