“We were given a map to help find our room and it was beyond confusing. Room numbers were used time over time and from the road it was impossible to figure out where we were on their map. Also our room key didn't work off the bat which made us worry we we trying to get into someone else's room. We finally figured it out. The room was great. Loved our room. Bed was comfortable. But still unhappy/concerned it took us over 30mins to actually find our room.”
