“This is my 2nd stay there in a month. Nice cozy place! Well maintained and clean. Next trip down the cape i will stay there again. And prices are very reasonable!”

The fridge was dirty, the sheet and comforter had stains on them, the shower curtain had that black mold stain at the bottom, and the base of the toilet clearly has not been cleaned in a long time. Not to mention the sink had shaved hair all in the knobs. Oh and the staff did not come into the room at all, not even to do the ‘daily housekeeping’ as advertised. Point blank, they need more staff. The rooms were nice, but bathrooms were outdated with peeling paint on the ceiling. The bathroom barn style doors didn’t close completely and our hotel door didn’t latch by itself. You had to push it closed for it to completely close. “The location was excellent! Convent to walk all over Main St and the harbor. The lighting needs to be upgraded in the sink are. It is not enoughignting to apply make up and do hair. Also there should be at least two chairs in the room, a small round table with two chairs.”
