"Inexpensive for the area. Short walk, about 10-15 minutes, to ferry terminal. Ate at Spanky’s and lobster roll was overloaded with lobster. Room was large, bed comfortable, and shower pressure good. Didn’t use pool but it looked inviting. Continental breakfast in morning with hot scrambled eggs and sausage patties. I would stay there again in the future. Parking onsite too."

"Front desk staff were friendly, professional. The hotel was immaculate, room was spacious, comfortable, clean. The restaurants were close and offered many options for breakfast lunch and dinner.The hotel sits at the Harbor edge making it a great location. Parking was safe. Looking forward to a return visit."

"While the rooms are typical of an older motel, the Cape Cod Inn is very well maintained and the rooms are spotless. The managers were lovely and helpful. The rooms have updated furniture with a comfortable bed. Everything worked well. The location of the hotel, right on Main St in the heart of Hyannis, was great. I would definitely return."
