“The hotel was clean but needs a little updating . Staff was wonderful . ”

“We booked the Hotel, called to check on the room as there was a Power outage in the area due to snow. We were told on the phone the room was ready. We arrived, went to check in. The women a reception informed us "You know we have no electricity, hot water, all facilities were closed. They were were willing to check us in, noting that there are only lights in the hallways. How about close the Hotel and halt booking? Terrible Managment.”

“So hotel lobby was well kept, but when we left to get to our room, first was garbage can outside of door to get in was overflowing with trash and all over the ground, then when we went in door Firebox in wall was beeping, when we got to room, wallpaper falling off, dirty chairs in room, dripping shower, heat didn't work, they came and tried to fix, then set at 70 in 15 minutes was 77 tried to lower it and system shut off again and we spent the night with no heat....so we were supposed to stay...

I just told them about it because I had previously said we didn’t need room maintenance during our stay so they weren’t coming. “Clean room, great for people who love looking for rocks since the beach is right behind it. ”

“The Room had a lot of issues. The hot tub faucet wasn’t sealed in the tub. The ceiling leaked water above the tub and you could hear the people above you walk like having upstairs neighbors and they told me I’d get my 150$ deposit back in five days it’s been ten. I wouldn’t stay here again as a first choice.”

“This was perfect for my quick get away. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and the appropriate amenities. I had a slight problem with the HVAC but their on site maintenance staff had it taken care of very quickly. The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice as well as the restaurant and lounge. This will be my regular place to stay when I go to the Cape from now on. ”

“We loved our stay here! It was quiet, the staff was lovely, the room was mostly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was very spacious. The only issues we had was that the extra blanket in the room was kind of gross so we requested a new one which they promptly brought us, and the vent on the AC/heater needs a thorough cleaning. Otherwise we love the place! The on-site restaurant was excellent! We would definitely stay here again! ”
