“My stay was terrible from the very first day. I arrived at the hotel at 9 PM, and the front desk was closed. I had to call multiple times just to get someone to show up. After finally managing to get into my room (already exhausted) I went to take a shower, only to be met with an unpleasant surprise: one towel was stained with blood, and another smelled foul. “We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this...

“I called before check in to see if I could have a connecting room since we were a party of 5 one night and 6 the other . I was told just to come and never listened to during the call. Check in was seamless. The room was clean. One room the smoke detector chirping and heat not working right. The front desk investigated immediately. Some newer light fixtures but the room felt dated and all the brown carpet needs to be replaced. The TV was small and one tv had some stations the other didn’t. Room...

“It is what it is. The hotel / motel is older. The towels need to be replaced ASAP definitely was not a fan of that and the rooms just need a refresh. The cost is what it is. Loved that they were so friendly and welcoming. Customer service was great just need a renovation o that way you feel like you can relax in the space. ”

“This place is “cleaner looking” since it got a Margaritaville facelift. Rugs were replaced in our room with a nice floor. Staff was friendly. Lifeguards were doing their jobs. Steel drummer in the lobby was awesome! -Waterpark and pool did not work until after we checked out. We were refunded for waterpark passes and received a credit for that, and we were able to come back and use the waterpark for a few hours.
