“I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience here was disappointing enough that I feel obligated to share it. On our first full day, my fiancée and I left the room around 10:00 AM. When we returned at approximately 3:00 PM, the room still had not been cleaned. At 3:20 PM, we called the front desk and specifically requested housekeeping. We were assured the room would be serviced, and because we wanted to be accommodating, we left the room again so housekeeping could access it. We even...

“We arrived at 5:30 pm and our room was still not ready. We were told that they were under new management as of the day we checked in. They were also not able to provide us with a key upon check-in so when we returned from dinner we had to walk all around the building to the front entrance to get into our room (without a key the other entrances were not accessible). We feel that we should not be charged the additional "facilities fee" for the inconveniences.”

“This place was great. Check in was smooth and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean, cozy and perfect for our weekend getaway to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Plenty of parking 🅿️ in the property. The chairs facing the beach allowed us to enjoy the tide coming and going. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy the bar/restaurant because it wasn’t open for the season yet. Regardless, I would definitely recommend staying. I’m certainly returning.”
