"We are from the US. My husband & I traveled with 3 kids (13, 11, & 9) and my mom. Everything at this hotel was top notch but specifically the service. It is top notch. We travel alot & noticed a significant decline in service post pandemic. This facility is phenomenal. They helped get luggage out of the car & taken to our room upon arrival. They have beautiful views & a pool on the rooftop. Even their rooftop bar/sandwiches were really good. The breakfast buffet had literally everything even lactose free milk (for my son). The rooms were small but clean & comfortable. The AC kept up with the extreme heat. The kids loved the spiral staircase. At the end of our stay, they got us a 6 person taxi with minimal wait time. Will definitely stay here again if/when we make it back to Barcelona."
