โThe only issue really has been working the TV. We have trouble with it every time we come here. But the lady from the ftont desk did come to our room to help us.

โwe were very impressed with the South Service Rd Burlington , Ontario Comfort Inn. Good breakfast, nice facility inviting rooms, all round lovely.
Our only complaint was, there is no elevator to the second floor, and my mom who is 95 yrs old has difficulty with the stairs. Especially having to carry luggage.
The night staff was very helpful, and even though she had a broken arm, carried the one suitcase to the room. โ
โEverything was good & staff were very courteous. I would however put a little more effort on servicing the breakfast period to make everything perfectโฆ โ
โThere is too much of a gap/space at the bottom of the hotel room doors, which lets in too much noise from other guests. Also, the tone are that closes the guest room doors is too strong and makes a slamming noise that is very disruptive and noisy for sleeping.โ
