"I have stayed at this location multiple times while visiting Destin and i never leave disappointed, other than the hot tub being out of order. "

"Was honestly very disappointed with my stay. Room check in is the latest I have seen, typically seen around 3 o clock. When the property is not that busy they give the available room. This property can care less about the customer arriving early on a flight. We arrived at the hotel at 10am , was told they will try to have our room available sooner check back at 2pm, checked back at 2 not available, then again at 3 , then again at 3:30. At 3:30 we got confirmation they would put us on a list to get done sooner as they are working on cleaning the room. So four a clock we finally enter our “clean” room. Instantly went to the shower and saw hair all over the walls of the shower. Not very clean. Shower barely functioning , a couple of drips / no pressure. Walls are extremely thin hearing everything the people next door were doing in the bathroom. Then the next day waking up and finding silverfish in the bathroom. Would not recommend this place."

"No one at check in/out. You have to talk to someone on a kiosk. Beds are very uncomfortable and I usually can sleep anywhere. We stayed here years ago and had the same issue but decided to give them another try since the remodel and updates. Fyi, the ice isn't free either. First time I've ever seen that when staying somewhere on vacation. "

"Non draining shower, bed bugs, restriction of service dog to enter area around the pool ( she is a registered service animal and is 9 pounds and was harnessed and leashes) I require a service animal and was told I couldn’t bring her into the gated pool area unless she was in a crate, she doesn’t ever go into a crate on a plane, in a restaurant or in a store so why would I put her in a crate to sit her next to a chair by an outside pool while leased , she can’t do her job from inside a crate. There was bedbugs crawling across my bed , the shower wouldn’t drain so I ask for a full refund bc I’m not staying in those conditions. There was bedbugs staff was very polite and understanding and I realize they just are employed here and this isn’t their fault and they helped me in every way they could which I appreciated but they seriously need to either do renovations or plow the place down. If you don’t want to sleep with blood suckers I wouldn’t stay here."

"The room was ok, nothing special. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked well. The bathroom floor tiles were broken which made for unsteady stepping in front of the toilet."

"The first room we were assigned to was filthy--the bath tub had dark stains over most of the inside. The floors had standing dirt. We were moved to another room which was only marginally better. The floors were still dirty and obviously had not been swept or mopped in a long time. I borrowed a broom and swept the floors myself but still wound up ruining a pair of socks and had to keep a damp wash rag by the bed to wash my feet before getting into bed."

"The hotel was so much better than I imagined. You can tell the staff takes pride in having a clean environment at all times. Everyone encountered during my stay was personable, nice, professional and helpful. The room was bigger than expected and the bathroom was clean!!!!!"
