I loved everything about this resort. The rooms was clean and amazing, we stayed close to everything so no car was needed really, they had 2 pools to choose from the adult side which we loved.

Great location! Pool staff were friendly and responsive. Check in was a bit chaotic with long lines but that is to be expected on a weekend with bachelor parties and weddings at their beautiful lighthouse venue.

The room was clean and in a great location, which we really appreciated. However, housekeeping never came by during our stay, so we had to go ask for extra towels ourselves. Unfortunately, even getting additional towels was more difficult than it should have been. Overall, the room and location were nice, but the lack of housekeeping and difficulty getting basic necessities definitely took away from the experience.

This place is fantastic!! You never have to leave the property. It has everything you need right there. Multiple restaurants, lots of shopping, indoor and outdoor pool, very clean!!!!! The view of the Bay is beautiful. The staff was so nice and accommodating. This is a great place for the whole family of all ages

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was missing the keurig, one call to the front desk and they put one in. The room has a balcony, we asked for umbrella since it was direct sunlight but they said they do not have one. We did not pay for breakfast, it was pricey. There were a lot of options around the area for food. I was disappointed that there were no robes and slippers provided. The aircon was great. There was a $100 property fee. It covers the amenities such as the pool which for this size property was quite small. We did not use it because we enjoyed the beach. The property fee includes a free ferry ride to private beach which includes chairs and umbrellas which actually makes up for the small pool. Beach umbrellas and chairs vost around $60 on beaches, it was included for free. The beach area was nice and secluded. There was a boat that served drinks and food, a little pricey $23 for a drink but we indulged. The room was located on Harborwalk, was not bothered by the noise. We enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are very clean. Everything's so close. I wish that beach is closer like walk distance. We have to use the shuttle to get to the beach. Or car . Otherwise everything's very nice. I wish that we have a better weather if it's cold.

I loved the fact that check in was a breeze and the staff was super friendly. Parking was a little confusing, but we found our way. It was so worth getting lost because when we got to our room, it was amazing, clean, and the room temp was just like I wanted it to be. not to mention the bar and grill on site was amazing and I wished I would have gotten our servers name because she made the night. I am definitely going back in a month or so. Thanks for everything.

Very nice location and multiple options to do adjacent to the resort on the Harbor walk We found it difficult to navigate throughout the Emerald Grande as signage/elevators were not well defined. Many of the staff couldn’t help us either. After day 3 we became more familiar. There was a map but it’s not well designed. That’s my recommendation to improve signage and teach staff how to help guests navigate the resort

very nice accommodations but very confusing layout. seemed we walked thru the garage a lot. wasn’t able to use all the amenities like the pool area, mistly closed off due to construction. the shower was sooo big - seemed like alot of wasted space that could’ve fit a soaker tub, also towel rack very far from bathing area. The beach shuttle to the most beautiful beach was our highlite. think might make good location for girls weekend with shopping in the village area although it did get a little crowded during the weekend
