Great location! Pool staff were friendly and responsive. Check in was a bit chaotic with long lines but that is to be expected on a weekend with bachelor parties and weddings at their beautiful lighthouse venue.

The front desk staff was very friendly, and I was very satisfied with both the room condition and the location. The hotel layout was a little confusing at first, but it became easier once we got used to it. Unfortunately, the towels we requested were never delivered, and the conditioner bottle appeared to contain body lotion instead. The pool was also very small.

The room was clean and in a great location, which we really appreciated. However, housekeeping never came by during our stay, so we had to go ask for extra towels ourselves. Unfortunately, even getting additional towels was more difficult than it should have been. Overall, the room and location were nice, but the lack of housekeeping and difficulty getting basic necessities definitely took away from the experience.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was missing the keurig, one call to the front desk and they put one in. The room has a balcony, we asked for umbrella since it was direct sunlight but they said they do not have one. We did not pay for breakfast, it was pricey. There were a lot of options around the area for food. I was disappointed that there were no robes and slippers provided. The aircon was great. There was a $100 property fee. It covers the amenities such as the pool which for this size property was quite small. We did not use it because we enjoyed the beach. The property fee includes a free ferry ride to private beach which includes chairs and umbrellas which actually makes up for the small pool. Beach umbrellas and chairs vost around $60 on beaches, it was included for free. The beach area was nice and secluded. There was a boat that served drinks and food, a little pricey $23 for a drink but we indulged. The room was located on Harborwalk, was not bothered by the noise. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean, and the harbor view was beautiful. I want to be fair to the owner, as the room itself was not the problem. The location is convenient, although beach access requires a water shuttle. We were scheduled to arrive the day Hurricane Isaias hit in 2026. Since we were driving 6 hours, we repeatedly contacted Emerald Grande to ask if it was safe to come. The reservations team assured us it was safe, said business as usual, and encouraged us to continue. When we requested a refund for the first night due to the hurricane, they stopped responding. Expedia eventually secured our refund. The next morning, we emailed again with no response and continued driving based on their assurances. Upon arrival, we were told all reservations had been canceled due to the power outage. Nobody had called to warn us. Staff admitted someone should have contacted us, but nobody did. We spent hours searching for another hotel with no luck. Another employee eventually checked us in, only for a cancellation message to arrive two hours later. With nowhere else to go, we spent the night without electricity, ac, or running water in the Florida heat. The front desk staff was rude, dismissive, and bothered by our questions, showing no concern for guests left stranded. I understand hurricanes are beyond a hotel’s control. However, telling guests to keep driving, failing to communicate cancellations are management failures. I would not trust this team to handle another emergency.
