Top Maxwell National Wildlife Refuge Hotel Reviews
Super 8 by Wyndham Raton
4/10 Poor
"How you had to kick the bottom of the door and push hard against the door while making sure the key was still had a green light. The shower keep dripping all night long tried to stop it but was not able."
"The staff triple booked the room, myself and then 2 other couples. I checked in first then an hour later a couple just walked into my room with a key card that opened the door. They left and went back to the lobby. Then 3 hours later I was awoken by another couple trying to get in the room. It was explained to them this is the second time this has happened now and they left.
When I checked out the next morning after no sleep because of people coming into the room and trying to get in the room because they were all given the same room number, the staff asked me how was the stay. I explained everything and all she said was” Yeahhh… sorry about that. Hope you have a nice day”
A sorry would have been acceptable for the first time someone walked in because of a staff error, but the second was unacceptable.
Won’t stay here again"
"The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was clean and quiet. The only negative: the restaurant was so understaffed and overwhelmed that they basically told me they couldn’t serve me (single) in the restaurant. They did however complete a to go order for me and the food was tasty!!"
"This vintage motel was really a pleasant surprise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. While the breakfast wasn't fresh cooked, they had a really good variety of options. I can recommend this place!"
